SHORT PULSE DURATION

10-100MS Short pulse duration reduces the exposure time of the targeted area, this reduces heat through the skin. The treatment will be painless without any hyper-pigmentation.

SAPPHIRE COOLING SYSTEM

The uniquely designed strong cooling system allows the system to work 8 hours continually without interval. Treatments can be performed to temperatures of -16°C

How it works

XL Elite emits a beam of highly concentrated light absorbed by the melanin (pigment) in the hair follicles. The light energy is then converted into heat, damaging the hair follicle and inhibiting future hair growth.

In order to achieve effective hair removal, the 3000W powered laser with a 808nm wavelength is selectively absorbed by the melanin (dark pigment) that surrounds the hair follicle. By heating the base of the hair follicle to at least 65 degrees whilst minimising heat in the surrounding skin, the hair follicle is destroyed and will not regrow. At the same time the skin is protected or cooled to prevent it overheating and causing damage.
